Starting Out
Shelly and Roy went to Ireland. That's not as easy as it sounds, because it takes a lot of planning and a lot of money. And you have to spend a long time on a plane. Some planes don't look like they can fly that far, but they can.
Actually, this sculpture was the first thing we saw when we got out of the terminal in Dublin. It was especially funny for Shelly, since the group she'd been working with in San Diego had a running joke about being done when pigs fly.

We had a stopover in Shannon. We didn't realize that when we booked our flight, or we might have planned our trip to start and end in Shannon instead of Dublin.
